Returns & 30-day guarantee

If you don't love your bars, send them back within 30 days for a full refund. This applies even to opened bars. No questions, no restocking fees.

How to return

1. Email kelebssoapbar@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We email a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Refund is processed to your original payment within 3 business days of the package being scanned by USPS.

Exclusions

Wholesale orders are subject to a separate return policy (see your invoice). Returns from outside the US are accepted but the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We don't sell, rent, or share your data.

What we collect

• Order info: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), payment last-4. Used to deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Account info: email, password (hashed), saved addresses, order history. Stored so you don't have to retype.
• Site analytics: aggregated browsing behavior. Used to improve the site. We use Plausible (privacy-respecting, no personal data).
• Marketing emails: only if you opt in. Unsubscribe link in every email.

What we share

• Shipping carrier: name and address only.
• Payment processor (Stripe): card details flow direct to Stripe, encrypted, never stored on our servers.
• Email platform (Klaviyo): only your email address, only for emails you opted into.

We do not share data with advertisers, brokers, or third parties. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of all data we hold on you, or have it deleted, by emailing kelebssoapbar@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA — see "Do not sell my info" below.

We use essential cookies (cart, login). Analytics cookies are opt-in via the banner on your first visit.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, that have pricing or stock errors, or that violate any law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you choose until you cancel. We email you 3 days before each renewal so you can skip or change anything. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos, formulations — is owned by KELEB'S, Inc. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for the uses described on each label. We disclaim liability for misuse, allergic reactions to disclosed ingredients, or use on persons or animals not specified for the product. If you have a known sensitivity, patch-test before full use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.

Under California's CCPA, residents can opt out of the sale of their personal information. We don't sell personal information to anyone — but if you'd like to formally exercise this right, email kelebssoapbar@gmail.com with the subject "CCPA opt-out" and we'll confirm within 15 days.
